Installing postcodes

Hi, can anyone tell me how to install the postcodes correctly so i can use 7 digit codes?
I have installed TT Navigator from disc to the compact flash card of my Dell Axim X50. Instructions said to copy files to storage card then run TT exe install file for Navigator then great_britainpostal.zip for postcodes. The postcode file throws up a box stating:
"The file"great_britainpostal" was not copied successfully. To re-install, you will need to get the source.cab file again"
Should i just be unzipping this file in a folder somewhere? I know it can only be something simple but i've spent 2 evenings at it now and still only have 4 digit searching.
Any advice much appreciated

The Postcode zip folder should remain intact on your SD Card. Add an empty folder on your SD cardand name it tomtom, 7 digits will then work.
