Zoom & Alert Surprises after upgrade

Hi,

I upgraded my Nuvi 300 from 3.10 to 3.90 this weekend and all went well. However, I have noticed the following "surprises":

* Auto Zoom: The option to turn this off has disappeared!! I used to like driving around at 50m zoom so I could see all the POI icons. Is there any way to influence the zoom level, or do I have to accept auto zoom?

* Proximity points: Good to see this addition in the system menu. I can't figure out how to get the "Continous - Speed Alerts" to work for my speed cameras loaded with the latest version of POI Loader. "Continuous - All Alerts" works fine. What will make speed cameras loaded with POI Loader be classified as "Speed Alerts". I currently use a spreadsheet with the word "Speed" in the title and default the alert speed as zero so that it always sounds. Does "Continous - Speed Alerts" only work with Garmin Safety Cameras or something...
