Hi,

I am trying to find out if there are any utilities that will enable me to have a look at the firmware version that is running on my jacket.

I recently sent my system away for repair so want to make sure everything is upto date.

What other information will I be able to view with such utilities ?

Cheers,
Darren

You can use WinFast Navigator available on our Leadtek tools section of the downloads page. If you initiate a cold start and view the development page in WinFast and pause the screen you should see the first 4 or 5 lines will give you firmware and ROM versions.

Thanks I have found the versions which are version 2.1.1M01325 Navman Ipaq 2.1.2 - not sure if this is good ? are there any known errors with these versions? I am now looking for the serial number - is this readable with this software?

2.1.1M01325 basically means it can be either a 3400 or 3450. If you check the next line it will tell you the version.

e.g. $Navman iPaq 2.x.x

If you have 2.1.2 it's a 3400, 2.1.3 or above is a 3450. You can also tell if you have the newer 3450 sleeve because it will have an external antenna on the sleeve.

The serial number will be on the sleeve itself.
