I have a Dell Axim5 and every time I load TT5 it gives me the product code for my old TT3. I have tried a hard reset but no joy. Could anybody please tell me in laymens terms how I delete this.

Hiya,

what u mean with "it gives u the product key of ur old TT3"
The product key isnt provided by TT - it is on a little card next.

What u will get after the installation is the "device code" - and this can be the same device code as with TT3.

When u go to ttcode.com then u enter the the product code from the card and the device code - and then an activation code will be provided for the activation of the maps.
