Beginner: Which Marine Handheld GPS?

I am interested in buying an inexpensive Handheld Mapping GPS to use with my boat.

Looking at three models: (1) Magellan Sportrak Pro Marine, (2) Lowrance Ifinder Atlantis, and (3) Garmin Etrex Legend.

Most interested in "basemap" detail. Specifically, identification of small lakes and bayous in Southeast Louisiana (I do not want to get lost!).

Any recommendations?
