POI warnings (speed cameras mainly)

If I untick the Cameras in the Enable/Disable box, will I still get the warning sound for the speed cameras. Also will there be any sort of display on the left of the screen counting down thedistance as there is now.

I bet there are a dozen posts asking this but I did do a search but no joy !

The enable/ Disable POI option is seperate to the Warn when near POI option, we often get questions about screen refresh rates being to slow, the normal option is to disable the POI's but keep the warnings - it works just fine this way, you still get the prompt - Mike
