Tom Tom or IQ 3600

I currently have a HP IPAQ 5450 with Bluetooth. I want to get a portable GPS. My two options are the Tom Tom Bluetooth Receiver or the Garmin IQ 3600?

Considering all costs including extra Europe software the price break gets very close.

What do you suggest?

You are comparing apples with oranges here I am afraid. The iQUE 3600 is a full blown navigation system in itself, and it would not require the iPAQ 5450 - as a matter of fact you would need a special serial-to-usb adapter to link them together since the iQUE doesn't support BlueTooth.

The maps are also quite different between TomTom and Mapsource.

You don't need the TomTom BlueTooth receiver - any BT receiver can work with the iPAQ, and any Street Navigation software will do - doesn't have to be the TomTom software.

So, what's your ultimate goal? Street navigation or outdoor, cheap or good?
