First off, let me say that this is an excellent Forum, and the Camera Database is excellent, both in terms of accuracy, and value for money.
Just one slight niggle, the inclusion of the Red Light Camera Sites. I know you can un-check them if using the individual database, but to me, the inclusion of these cameras is moraly questionable. A Blackspot database would be much better IMHO.
I know how annoying traffic lights can be, we have a few at my location with no traffic sensors on them, and you can sit for a minute at 3:00am at a red light when there is no other traffic on the road.
Perhaps the Red Light Cameras will be taken down, when they make it legal to turn left on a red light, if safe to do so.
Right I'll jump off my soapbox and try not hurt myself :D

I suppose you could say the same thing about cameras near schools, accident blackspots and other 'sensitive' areas.
A camera is a camera, no matter where it is. The database is not about people driving like maniacs and then slamming on because there is a camera (although I suppose a small percentage of people will do this), but about identifying speed limits and trying not to get done for straying a few miles over the limit (which in my book is easily done).

I believe this would be inevitable as I am sure a camera would not be able to identify the difference. _________________ -------------------------------------------------------
