Cant find downloads??Help Plz!!

Hi there..i know this question has probably been asked a lot of times..but I cant find wer to download the speed camera software from, for my Navman ICN 550...I’ve registered but do I also need to pay the £2 to subscribe to download the speed camera software?as everytime I click on the “speed cameras” button on the left it tells me I need to subscribe?
