is there a system i can load onto my medion 100

Legally you can only use the TTS on a 910.
Traffic alerts depends on the Navigator Software that you are using on the Medion.

as the medion 100 is a pocket pc then youll be able to use any software for pocket pc i dont think tts will work with tt5 for pocketpc as the go units have linux at there core. copilot 6 uses text to speech but dont get to excited about it its not as good on cp6 as it is on the go910

i dont think tmc is availale for that pocketpc as it doesnt have bluetooth and no tmc antena is available youd have to change the pda for one with bluetooth or a pda phone, as you will need to use your mobile phones gprs connection to get the traffic information.
interestingly medion have an offer on the medion smartphone with navigation software for 99 pounds this weekend. you could then change the navigation application for around 100 pounds and have nav on your mobile phone both copilot and tomtom do solutions for windows mobile phones
