Hi I have just got the street pilot 3i it dont work, it does not find my address it come up with the same house number of the next street, when I do manage to get a location in there it just comes up with locating satelites and stays that way forever,
I have tried to download the POI loader or what ever its called but wont save in any folder, just keep getting error message there are no data files in that directory. please specify a directory that contains at least one file with a .csv extension, not got a clue what any of that is about,
can anybody please help me out feels like I have just wasted my money. |

Took about 15 mins to find Satalites from a cold start out the Box...
as for POI's. Install the Updater, thats should be straight forward.
Conect the Unit to PC via USB. The Updater should Auto Start.
Browse to the folder where all your POIs are stored. .csv files.
Then just Update...... takes about 10 seconds to upload them. It will tell you on the POI updater how many have been uploaded to your Garmin |

POILoader is used to installPOIs you have downlaoded from else where or created yourself on to your i2. It does n't download POIs for you!

csv is the file format POIs come in. Like doc is for Word Documents and zip is for Zip files. |

POILoader is used to install POIs you have downloaded from elsewhere or created yourself on to your i3. It doesn't download POIs for you! Try downloading some from http://www.MaFt.co.uk/garmin/download.htm
Unzip them to a folder and then use POILoader to load them to your i3.
