hi

i have downloaded the speed camera database for tomtom one but i cant install the warning sounds when approaching speed cameras it doesnt make a sound or anything it just shows the camera on the road also where do i download the speed camera sounds?

Have a read through THIS as it details the instructions for loading the speed camera warnings by spoken alerts. pay attention to the version numbers that your unit has loaded and download the applicable file.

To get the device to issue a warning you need to go to Change Preferences/ Manage POI/ Warn When Near POI and setup the warning for EACH camera type you have loaded, if its the speed zoned set-up thats 24 configurations in total, but once this is done you can simply update the camera database without messing around with the set-up.

If you want the spoken alerts get this sorted first, otherwise you will end up configuring the Warn when near POI twice!
