Location of favourites

Does anyone know the location of the favourites that are saved in Navigator 5.

I have several that i wish to transfer to a friends PDA and cannot find the location / name of the file.

Any help most appreciated

They are in the .CFG file in the map folder.

You need third party software to extract them. I am not aware of software that allows you to re-import them automatically.

The only way that I know to send them to someone else is to Convert them to a POI within TomTom itself.

Create a new Category, in Manage POI, and give it a New Name.

In Browse Map, use Find | Favourite. Then use the Navigate Icon to Add as POI. Select your 'New Name' Category and Done.

The only drawback is that you have to do this for each Location.
