Help needed with Nuvi 310 speed camera database

I had my PC & garmin Nuvi 300 stolen it was fairly new but i'd had no problems downloading the database & uploading it using the garmin poi loader. When my new pc arrived i downloaded the poi loader again from garmin. I upgraded my sat nav then from the 300 to the Nuvi 310. Using my same login details from pocket world i tried to dowmload the camera's but the database only seems to be taking a second to download & the poi loader can't find the files when i point it to where they are.

I'm probably being thick can anyone help.
