Adding maps to TTN5. Plz help me :-(

Hi. I just bought an Ipaq 2210 from ebay bundled with TTN5 including the western europe maps. Although it's second hand everything is original and includes all the cd's (6 I think), 2 product code cards (1 for GB, 1 for Western Europe), TT bluetooth reciever and a TTN% 128mb SD card with software pre-loaded incl GB maps.

Because the SD card is sooooo tiny I bought a 512mb card to stick on a couple of extra maps. Heres where it all goes wrong and this is what I've tried.

Copied the TTN5 SD card including any hidden files to the new SD card. I then throw the new SD card into the PDA and it works fine, just like the original. I now install new maps onto the SD card via active sync. When I explore the SD card I can see the new maps, however, when running TTN5 on the Ipaq when I go to 'change map' via the preferences it does not recognise or find it. Only the GB one shows up.

FYI, I'm running version 5.1. Havn't a clue what version the maps are and wouldn't know how to find them. Just wish the Tom Tom website wasn't so sucky with it's support Q&A's. Plz help meeeeee!
