No trace for sale of the i3 in the new Argos catalogue.

Why is this I wonder and where does it leave us with their returns policy should we need to do so ???? Rolling Eyes

Because, for whatever reason, they are not stocking it? Difficultly getting stock, other retailers too competitive on price. It could be a world wide Garmin / Argos conspiracy of some type, but i doubt it.

Exactly where it always is. The Sale of Goods Act. You can get a refund or credit against a replacement item of equal or greater value. Retailers often discontinue lines and it doesn't affect your statutory rights.
