route converter

1st off sorry if this is in the wrong secton

prob ive got is that im off to the alps in a couple of weeks
mate has some routes in gdb format ie garmin route files

i would like to convert them to use on my tomtom rider
or convert them into a autoroute file
then i can transfer over to the tomtom manually town by town

anyone every tried this and have any solutions
