GoNav S600A Error on MapLoader Netropa iNav

I'm not sure how many of you know of or have the GoNav S600A.
Only website I see seems to be in China or Taiwan and in their language.

Anyhow, the map loading software is made me Netropa I believe is INavigation. For some reason when I try and select many states from the map to load (either on my harddrive or on the SD Card) I have received an error on my XP Desktop.

Having failed to backup the SD before loading, it had corrupted the contents and now my unit can't read it.

Can anyone tell me how I can get around this ?
Is there another map loader/software I can use to load maps ?
Can I use a different one for this unit and just copy the Maps folder created ? I was thinking since iGuidance is also by Netropa that I can use that software.

S600A is WindowsCE.
