I am using Tomtom mobile 5 on Nokia 6630 and the speed cameras have stopped working, I have tried to check the files to see if I can locate them, but I don't seem to find them.
Is there anyone who can help with instructions of re-installing the speed cameras.
Thank you
Brytt

Hi Brytt,

Welcome to the forum! Thumbs Up

OK, so that implies that at one point the speed camera alerts were working. Is this correct?

If this is correct, then one or more changes must have been made to the system. If you have made any changes can you back them out? I.e. restore the phone to a point where you last backed it up and also restore the storage card?

If you’ve not made any backups then can you manually undo the changes that you’ve made? Examples of change made are:

Adding new POIs
Swapping storage cards
Installing new software

I’m not very familiar with TomTom Mobile, but it should comply with the rest of the TomTom range. You should have a folder (on your storage card) called GB (of course I have to assume that you’re in GB as you haven’t added your location to your profile ;)) and in that folder you should find the .OV2 and .BMP files.

Regards,
