Exporting contacts from Nokia 6680

TomTom can't read the phonebook from a Nokia 6680. I was going to put a contacts.txt file onto the TomTom SD card but I can't think of a really easy way to do it (I've got multiple numbers next to each name).

Does anyone know a very easy way to export contacts to a text file so that it will append the name (e.g. Name H for home number, Name M for mobile, Name W for work etc).

Don't want to have to do all this manually as over 200 names!!!

I got the same problem with my Blackberry 7100.
Is it as simple as creating a contacts.txt file?
I guess I should give it a go, rather than asking!
