Hiding GPS receiver on dashboard anyone?

Hi all

Not sure if this is the correct thread for this question.

A while ago I remember reading an article somewhere about disguising your dash mounted GPS receiver so it was not on permanant view to would be thieves. Any idea's anyone or what are you guys using to do this?

After your receiver got a fix you can put it into the glove compartment (unless the top of that is metal). I routinely leave my receivers in the driver door pocket - good reception, receiver not visible from the outside. Another place is inside the middle console.

Just try it out - this is different from car to car
