Unable to Activate CP6

I'm trying to install CP6 for the first time. Did not have any previous GPS software installed. I've installed the software on my desktop and downloaded map data. When I opened CP on my Pocket PC (I have a Cingular 8125), I entered all the info required for activation and received the following error message:

An activation error has occurred. There is no row at position 0.

Any suggestions?

What other software did you install on the PDA?

have you yreid reinstalling to the pda have a look on the pda for flie called cp6ppc and delete that im not sure on the file structure for ppc as only use smartphone

I didn't try a re-install but did try a repair. As to an update, I tried activating manually and was able to get the license #. BUT, when I went to activate.alk.com and submitted my info, the website gave me back the same error message that I got on the PDA: There is no row at position 0.
