TOMTOM 910 UK POSTCODE

Hi everybody, i hope somebody can help me.

I just brought home my brand new TomTom 910 :D .

When i was going to setup my home location i went to put it by postcode, bet it doesn't accept no uk postcodes. Everytime i start typing a letter it disapeers and doesn't let me enter at all Crying or Very sad

. I sassume is only letting me enter the dutch postcodes, that;s all i can see in the machine.

Has anybody had the same problem? if there is, did you get it sorted?

Any help is much appreciated. Embarassed

is there a ZIP folder on the device, and if yes, what's in there?

Yes, there is. It has got:

Great_Britain.Postal
Great_BritainPostal.ver
Nederland.postal
Nederlandpostal.ver

That's why i don't understand why the UK one doesn't work.

are you entering the postcode in the postcode section of the menu

navigate to ... address...postcode

Try changing to another map then back to uk map i had this when i first got mine
