Tom Tom Go Screen probs

I have a Tom Tom Go and over the last couple of months it has been increasingly difficult to enter letters from the keyboard, example : if i press the letter A , B will appear or if i press 1 , 2 appears, it has got to the point now where the unit is inoperable any ideas

uh, that sounds bad. When did you last do a reset on the device? Normally on startup it re-calibrates the screen.

Thanks for a reply, i did a full reset but to no avail, i have a few friends with the same unit but not the same problem

You should contact TomTom support and see if they have anything to offer. I'd hate to think that this could happen to all older GOs...
