I have a Tom Tom Go and over the last couple of months it has been increasingly difficult to enter letters from the keyboard, example : if i press the letter A , B will appear or if i press 1 , 2 appears, it has got to the point now where the unit is inoperable any ideas |

uh, that sounds bad. When did you last do a reset on the device? Normally on startup it re-calibrates the screen. _________________ Lutz

Thanks for a reply, i did a full reset but to no avail, i have a few friends with the same unit but not the same problem |

You should contact TomTom support and see if they have anything to offer. I'd hate to think that this could happen to all older GOs... _________________ Lutz
