I got my new S200 but for some reason I can't get TT to run. It crashed when I launch it.

Should I install it in the SD card instead of the phone memory?

Being a WM5 device you need to run TTNv5.2. Have you updated?
Update available here http://www.tomtom.com/support/index.php?Language=1&FID=3361
I would keep the installation in main memory.
