Use POIS in different folders

Hi,

I'm using tomtom 5 with checkpoint and i ask if there is any possibilitie to use POI's that are in different folders 'cause tomtom only can "see" +/- 49 Poi's files.

I've created folder for "Work" and "Personal" places and i want that a program such as checkpoint can see the POI's in that specific folders.

Is that possible or exist another program that can do the trick ?
