Best GPS - Bundle or Hardware for Dell AXIM

Hi,

I have an AXIM X5 Advanced and have been looking at purchasing a GPS solution for it.
Ive looked at the HOLUX Nav 270
Also looked at purchasing components from Globalpositioningsystems.co.uk is HAICOM Hi 302
I only want to purchase TOMTOM Nav 2
and it has to be a CF card also if anyone can recommend an SD memory card that definely works with a CF GPS card
Basically can someone tell me what they are using on their AXIM ie SD memory card, CF GPS card and TOMTOM 2.
I would value any advice/opinions.
