Map errors for UK

Where does Mapopolis derive its mapping data? I downloaded the free trial for the area where I live. I loved the look of the maps but
a) Some sections of road had absurd speed settings, which distorted the routes chosen so that I was often travelling miles further than necessary
b) I found several instances in my home town where Mapopolis was taking me the wrong way through one way systems, or refusing to go down perfectly good roads.

I have both TTN3 and CP5, and neither exhibits this behaviour. I thought these covered the two main map suppliers. Where does Mapopolis get its faulty data?
