PS WHAT DATE DUS THE NEW CAMERA UPATES COME OUT IS IT B4 THE 1ST OF THE MONTH OR JUST AFTER

If you have V3, there has been an update to SmartST 2005, which you can read about here.

The camera database is usually released a couple of days before the end of the month.
