I've got to say that this has to be the most user-unfriendly wesbite I think I've ever been to.
The links just seem to take you in circles, and even though I've paid my blood money, this site keeps saying I'm not subscribed!!!!
AAAAGHHH.
I don't have this problem on ANY other website I've ever been to, and I got halfway through reading the blurb on signup problems (hmm... wonder why that's there - don't recall ever seing that on any halfway professional website before) before giving up.

1) I would suggest you are in the minority.
2) GPS aside - is this attitude of how you ask for directions in a building or a town?
I see a very clearly laid out menu down the side and a few hiccups aside the first time i was here i do ok.
Calm down, slow down and look. |

Hi Mark,
It appears you paid by eCheque; the banking system in this country never clears cheques immediately.
From our Membership Help / Sign-Up Problems link in the navigation area on the left-hand side of all pages:
Q. I've paid using PayPal. Why am I not a Member yet?
A. When you make a payment through PayPal that is funded by Instant Bank Transfer (the vast majority of transactions) we receive your payment and you become a Member immediately.
If you used eCheque we would not have received your payment immediately. Funds will only be received once cleared through the banking system. As soon as payment clears (usually up to 4 working days) you will receive your membership details automatically.
This was also explained on the sign-up page. maybe you were in a bit of a hurry and missed it when you signed up?
Hope you enjoy your future experiences on PocketGPSWorld.com - we're a friendly bunch, honest! _________________ Robert Brady |
