Just tried to sign up but PayPal say your not taking payments at the moment.

All Cookies enabled, Nothing wrong this end.

HELPPP!!!!!

Sorry Mike, we're currently experiencing problems with PayPal. Hopefully all will be well with 24 hours.

Nochex is a good alternative, you don't have to sign up to it - it's just a standard credit card processor.
