i need help

ok im not the thickest of the human race but am slowly feeling like i am one. I read on a comment from amazon about my tomtom go700 that ican download the speed camera database for the uk for free rather than paying 69€ that tom tom ask for......

Here in lies the problem i have subscribed to this site but from there in cannot find how to download the relevant info for my tomtom.

Can someone please provide a step by step idiot's (me) guide on how to do this as i feel like imgoing round in circles.....

The database was free up until Jan this year - then the site decided to go more professional and started charging but aimed to provide more professional service in checking and validating the locations. (There is at least one heated discussion in one of the forums about it)
