hi hope someone can hrlp


i am not pc literate and now have 2 try and download the camera data base 2 my mitac mio 168


any help would be appreciatted

remember i am in no way pc literate so need it as simple as poss please

Before we can begin, we need to know which Navigation Software you are using, and which Camera Set you want.

Is it the Single File Set (all the cameras in one), the Consolidated Set (each camera type in it's own File) or the Speed Zoned Set,( which has Gatso, Mobile and Spec Cameras in Speed Categories).

Each Set has the same cameras, just laid out differently.

i am using a mitac mio 168 and i am using the alk co pilot 6 version

thats all i know

i am looking 2 install the database that includes europe as i vant use my snooper s4 in france for legal reasons

First of all you need to know which File Set you want. Just a camera, camera by type, or Speed labelled camera.

Then Click the Speed Cameras Link on the Left of this Page. In the Drop Down Box choose Co-Pilot 6 and Click Continue.

In the next Drop Down List choose your Camera Set. I would suggest using the Consolidated at this time, until you become more familar with the process.

This will go through the process of downloading a Zip File to your PC. A good place to save it is C:|Temp

This page has Instructions on what to do with the Zip File when you have downloaded it to your PC.

I don't have a Co-Pilot so am unable to give detailed advice on any problems, but this is a staring point.
