Can I Install TT Nav to Another Larger SD Card From Original

I have got myself TTNav 5 and it works great. The only problem is it is quite annoying to have to switch memory cards all the time (my main 1gb one to the TT 128mb with the GB maps on). Can I transfer the maps from my original TT SD card over to my 1gb and use them from there (only on one ipaq and one GPS unit)?

If so can someone please tell me where I'm going wrong. I've copied everything from the original SD card to my 1gb and re-installed the TT app and it loads up but then complains that there are no maps found. If I re-do it from the original SD card it works fine. Has anyone got any advice on what I might be doing wrong? I thought you could move the maps, after re-registering them.
