HEELP Garmin c310

Hi i have a Garmin street pilot c310 but when im turning it on it says "Please use the provider software to load maps" but i dont have them.. anyone who know my problem? what should i do ? do anyone have c310 and could send me an bin file with the cd ? have you made any changes to the maps on the SD card?

If not, try removing the SD card, cleaning it, then re-insert. Do a hard reset and see how you go.
