Hard reset on C320 not deleting poi's ??

I have a problem that when I try to install MAFTs pois and camera database , the POI Loader says not enough space delete som poi's and try again.
By the way I already had last months updates on my device

I thought I would do a hard reset believing this would delete poi's
I reset it by holding the right corner of the screen as I powered up and when warned about deleting user data i said ok to reset.
but when unit powered back up my poi's where still there.

Anyone else have this memory problem and how do you successfully delete all your poi's
I have tried loading a empty directory but that doesnt work

Hav found it I remove SD card and then to a hard reset I can delete POIs
But the headers are still left i.e. Asda , Burger King
Anyone know how to delete these ?
