TomTom 5.21 on PDA E330 toshiba

just installed this version on my PDA toshiba E330. but when i click my USB GPS TomTom cable it asks to type the name in on the pocket pc, now call me thick but what do i have to type to install the GPS cable onto my PDA?

i own a toshiba e740
tomtom 5 is not compatable with the toshiba e740 and they are not making it so. check totmtom site for compatability list

I see no reason why TT5 cannot be used on e330 or e740.

You cannot use just any USB GPS with the Toshiba. In fact I always tell people that you cannot (practically) use any USB GPS with any PDA.

You have to use the ones specially made for Toshiba with the Toshiba connector and car cigar power and driver supplied with it.
