Free Life Time Subscription Eligibility

FAO moderators...
Hi, i've been off the site for a while and a fair bit has changed including the database subscription fee.
In the past I've submitted a couple of camera locations which have subsequently been added to the database but I've not heard anything about the free membership?
This could well be due to my previous e-mail address john.corfield@ntlworld.com becoming redundant due to a change of ISP or maybe I am not eligible for some reason. New email address is now updated in my profile.
Please advise.

Incidentally you are still showing your old email address, which could also be a problem.
