HI ,IVE TRIED CONTACTING U LOADS OF TIMES ABOUT THE FREE MEMBERSHIP,BUT NOBODY GOT BACK TO ME.,I HAVE SENT QUITE A FEW CAMERA LOCATIONS IN DURING LAST 18 MONTHS OR SO LAST ONE WAS USING THE NEW POI TOM TOM ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO,GOT NO EMAILS THOUGH,CAN U HELP ME OUT HEAR PLEASE,PAUL

Hi Paul, I had the same problem, but I got an answer, I was told to go to the front page, and send an e-mail with my details, I have copied it for you. My free membereship was all sorted out in about 2 days.

Camera(s) sent (with email attachment)

We're having lots of problems with bounced and filtered emails. Spam filters, over zealous ISPs blocking bulk mail and dormant or old accounts seem to be the most common cause.
