Problems with Poi warner on Transonic PNa

Help please,
I have a transonic PNa and have just loaded poi warner. I have been trying to get this working and am having some trouble. I have registered at POIHandler.com in order to download the poi's etc. However I am unsure how to get my PNA to talk to the web. I use active sync to communicate betwen my P.C and PNA however cant seem to get poi warner to show any poi's for synchronizing.
