TomTom 5 on an O2 XdaII Mini

Hi All

I have a very strange problem running TT5 on an O2 XdaII Mini.
Software installed without any problems (Australian Maps on a 256Mb storage card with about 100mb free).

The strange thing is this. When navigating, it will work fine for maybe 5 minutes and then TT will freeze for a few seconds and then shut itself down. If I restart it, it either shows two icons (red hands) on the task bar at the bottom or it moves the icon along to the left hand side and then the same thing happens again after a minute or two.

I have tried rebooting the phone so that nothing is running. I have tried closing all applications down and still I get the same problem.

It also happens if I try and simulate a route.

Has anybody got any ideas before I pull the last of my hair out !!!!!
