Secure Digital GPS Systems

Does anyone know if a plug in GPS system in Secure Digital format is likely to show up any time soon for the IPAQ? I've read rumours but nothing certain. One of the key issues I suppose is will it also carry memory on which to store maps?

If such a system is likely to appear it's likely to be a sweet set up for both in car and out of car use? Anyobody know anything?

You made an excellent point regarding the memory. So far the SD GPS systems have failed to come up with memory, defeating the purpose (since most PDAs have just one slot). So it's probably wait and see for another while...
