Help, Ive updated my Gatso info to my 520, I went out & used it but it doesnt warn me now when I'm coming up to a camera.

Anyone know how to get my warning 'ding' back again?

Make sure that "sound alert" is selected in POIEditor.

just athought - did you set the gatso as "active" when you updated your iCN??

Not active = no "ping"

Yep, all set as active & this is about the 3rd time I've updated doing it all the same way as usual.

However, I cant remember if there should be a seperate sound file in the Sounds folder, if so where can i get a replacement? Or if i reload all the Gatso CSV files again, will that restore it?

I've been contributing to thread here about custom alert sounds for active poi's and there does seem to be some success.

I have been able to change the default "chime" to other sounds, but some people are reporting that it doesn't work for them.

As far as I know, there should NOT be a sound file in Sounds folder, nor should there bo one in the mypoi folder (for normal operation).

You could try reloading the .csv file via SmartST, but there are no sound files in with the .csv files.

Are you getting voice directions??
