Full Back UP. Is it Possible?

Is it possible to fully back up your Median PPC, storage card, flash memory and normal memory onto my Desktop, then just ghost it all over in case I have to do a hard reset at one point in the future? I have already had to do a coupleof resets, took me hours to get back to where I was before each time...

I recently asked a similar question and was pointed towards Sprite Backup...I now have a copy and it works fantastic.backs up everything (if I choose) to an exe file on my storage card so if I have to do a full restore I just do the initial setup into the OS of my PPC then click on the backup file and a full restoration takes just a few minutes!...all back to how it was ....
