My Quest will not aquire satellites

I live in austin, tx and have a quest that just all of a sudden quit aquiring satellites. It is not locked up because i can move between all the pages and menu options. The things I have tried are as follows:

Master Reset
after mater reset, i set my 'new location' back to austin.
Updating to v3.7

It is over a year old, so i assume it is not under warranty anymore. What should I do?

Call Garmin - they have a reputation for good customer service and often disregard such issues as expired warranties. Here in the UK they gave me a new machine when my GPS2 went tits up after three years use

Yes, ask Garmin. They might replace it for free or offer something under their fixed price repair program.
