Hi There,

Do you know if it is possible to get spare parts for a Medion PPC250?

One of our salesmen managed to sit on theirs and cracked the screen, and I was wondering if I could buy a replacement.

I can't imagine that anyone else can repair Medion products, and we are always seeing refurbished units for sale on the Medion shop, so they must repair things like this!

If you're worried about the time spent in trying to contact Medion, its all down to the luck of the draw. I've seen the posts on this forum concerning lack of response from Medion, but I've had no problems.
