Well, well, well...
I spent a lot of hours searching on the internet for the Medion MD PPC250 pinout of the craddle / device... but no result. So, I've decided to try to figure this out myself.
a. The connector has 22 pins (more info still needed - so replyes are wellcomed!):
1 - (ground) minus
2
3 - ? (serial TX)
4 - (ground) minus
5 - ? (serial RX)
6
7
8
9
10
11
12
13 - (ground) minus
14 - (ground) minus
15
16
17
18 - (positive voltage) +5v
19 - (positive voltage) +5v
20 - (positive voltage) +5v
21 - (positive voltage) +5v
22 - (positive voltage) +5v
(That's what i've figure out so far)
b. I am sure that there should be a USB detect pin (dunno which one)
c. If someone knows the pins that the GPS module connects to - that would be great to share!
I have also achieved to modify the craddle so now i can charge my pocket pc from the USB (while connected to the computer) without needing to use the external power supply. It is pretty simple - all you need is a micro-siwtch.
The LiIon battery can also be adapted from a nokia model. If anyone interested how to achieve that please reply to this post.
That's it for now, I will come back with more info and pictures next time (need to find a website to upload pictures 4 that) - btw if anyone can help me with that - would be great.
Best regards,

Good effort.
But with a little search you should be able to find the full pin out on the internet somewhere. (do not ask me where, you have to search) _________________ Pc-Mobile
