Brodit mount for my N560.

I have received my Brodit mount and Pro Clip from Clove.

Now when I looked at the pictures I presumed that the mount itself slipped onto the Pro Clip but what I can now see having the parts in my hand is that I have to screw the mount onto the Pro Clip ~ have I worked that out correctly? Such a simple matter but.......it pays to check I have the right parts before I go attaching things.

On the subject of the Pro Clip I was (again) expecting a one piece moulding but it looks like a constructed item with the angled element glued together! I would hate the glue to fail and my nice shiney N560 to drop to the floor and bounce around.

TIA Smile

I bought the brodit mount for my m5000.

I was surprised it came in two parts, and then to find you have to use an adhesive pad to stick the two together - but have been using mine for about 2 weeks now and it is rock solid.

In my case well over a year.

But (securiy considerations apart) I would recommend that you detatch the mount whenever you leave the car. Even the extra weight of the mount might become an issue if the car gets too hot (on the other hand it could set it even more solid, but if heat were essential it would probably say so)
