Drivesmart: Excellent Customer Service

A couple of weeks ago I accidentally plugged my laptop power adapter into my DriveSmart unit which overloaded it and then it wouldn't start-up at all.

Obviously this is not something covered under warranty, so I had resigned myself to having to fork out for repair/replacement or an insurance claim.

I contacted Drivesmart to see if there was anything I could do to get it working and was amazed when they offered to repair it Free-of-charge 8O :D

I can't imagine many other companies offering to do that.

Within a few days it was repaired and returned to me. :D

With support like that, free software/camera database updates for life and great devices, I can highly recommend them.
