Problem with latest database?

Hi, I'm not sure if it's a problem with the latest database but since I installed it on my Medion PNA200s, the poi-warner voices and the Navigation voices clash.

Usualy the Navigation voices take priority and stop the POI warner ones if they try to speak at the same time. But now they both talk at the once and the result is a loud crackle, this is especially bad on the M25 with all the cameras.

I have tried a soft reset and a hard reset but it's the same.
The previous database was fine.

Anyone else had this?
